Chris Chantry

Christopher J. Chantry is an Attorney with Law Enforcement Labor Services (LELS). Chris is experienced in labor and employment law across the public and private sector. His experience includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements, handling union grievances and unfair labor practice charges, mediation and arbitration representation, union organizing, labor relations, state and federal employment law compliance, public policy and legislative issues, and appearing before the Minnesota Public Employment Relations Board and National Labor Relations Board. Chris currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section Council. 

Prior to joining LELS, Chris worked in the private practice of law for one of the top ten largest law firms in Minnesota and prior to that, served as the General Counsel for one of the largest construction unions in Minnesota. 

Chris is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and before the United States District Court - District of Minnesota. Chris received his J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law and his B.A. in History from the University of St. Thomas.
