Mike LeDoux is the Director of Legislative Affairs for Law Enforcement Labor Services (LELS). He grew up in Duluth and earned his Law Enforcement Degree from Hibbing Technical and Community College. Mike began his law enforcement career with the Minnesota State Patrol, where he served for more than 31 years.

During his career, he held multiple leadership positions with the Minnesota State Patrol Troopers Association (MSPTA), including delegate, vice president, president, and lobbyist. He also served as chairman of the Minnesota Law Enforcement Association and as the elected pension board representative for the State Patrol Retirement Plan.

After retiring from the State Patrol, Mike joined LELS to continue his advocacy for pay, pensions, and protections for public safety professionals.

Mike is married and enjoys fishing, hunting, and traveling.
