Attorney Daniel L. Gerdts is a solo criminal defense practitioner in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Gerdts has 35 years of legal experience. After graduation from the University of Minnesota Law School, and admission to the bar in 1990, he served as law clerk to Judge Gerald W. Heaney of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and to Judge Michael J. Davis shortly before his appointment to the U.S. District Court bench for the District of Minnesota.
