Leslie Rosedahl provides strategic communications and advocacy consulting services for LELS, bringing nearly two decades of experience in public affairs. Since 2020, she has partnered with LELS and law enforcement organizations statewide to manage communications, advocacy, and rapid response.

As founder and principal of Rosedahl Public Affairs, Leslie has led high-profile issue campaigns for a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, public safety organizations, trade associations, and nonprofits—helping them shape public narratives, build legislative support, and achieve meaningful results.

Prior to launching RPA in 2018, Leslie held senior communications leadership roles, including Director of Communications and Grassroots Advocacy at Minnesota’s largest government relations firm, as well as Director of Public Affairs and senior advisor at the Minnesota State Senate, where she oversaw caucus messaging and media strategy.
